Mercy Scouts International has established this project for purposes of income generating, through making bracelets/wristbands using recycled plastics, scouts and other people around the world, can buy a bracelet which could be a provision for the needy in Uganda in terms of school fees, feeding, eye glasses, mosquito nets, among others.
